It's almost soup

Hopefully, in the next 24 hours. My first book of poetry will be available on amazon.com. For some reason it's on the UK site but not the US one. I'm trying to work that out as we speak and I'll let you know when's it good to go.

I think the folk at ManCrunch.net knew their ad would never run during the Super Bowl and that the rejection of the over the top ad would generate more free advertising than if it was allowed to run. And no, I’ve never heard of the site either. And that’s saying a lot.

Two channels that didn’t carry the Haiti telethon – the Christian Network and the Disney channel. Hmm.

I love how NBC promotes the Olympics with the tag line “as the athletes gather under the snow and ice of Vancouver.” Silly bunnies.

I was watching a documentary on NWA on VH1 and one of the commercials was for Polygrip. That was ad money well spent.

Katy Perry and Avril Lavigne: both guest panelists on American Idol. Both spokespersons for Proactiv acne treatment. Discuss.

I don’t know if it actually sells insurance, but I think the Progressive commercials are pretty great. Flo’s worth every penny she’s getting.

Tebow’s mom said if she had listened to her doctor’s she would’ve aborted Tebow. Hang on. What side am I supposed to be on here?
